Time Management-
I am very good at managing my time. I understand the importance
of being prompt and finishing tasks in a timely matter. Every day in my job I need to finish things by a certain time
including sending out mailings by a certain day or putting together Welcome Packets for tour groups and delivering them
to hotels around Scottsdale by a certain date and time.
Team Worker-
I fully understand the meaning of being a team worker. There
are many situations in which I have been exposed to being a team player. Both in sports and in professional situations
I have participated as a team player. At my parent's construction company I helped collaborate on writing, editing and
layout of SOQs in order to get them finished by the specific time they were due.
Problem-Solving-
I am a very fair person so I know how to evaluate situations in
a fair manner. I also strive to find the best solution and look at all my options before making a rash decision.
If a problem arises, I will exercise all possibilities until the problem is solved in a fair and professional matter.
Leadership-
Being a leader is a very important quality to have. Not everyone
can be a leader and lead others. Nobody can be taught how to be a leader it a quality that is posessed naturally.
Initiative-
At a very young age my mom had always taught me to take the initiative.
I now know that I need to take initiative if I want to get something done. Like when I want to do something nice for
someone I plan a party and take the initiative to make the person feel special.
Computer Literacy-
I have always been very well versed on computers. I have
taken a few classes and I understand how to do many things on the computer including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and many other
programs.
